The following is IMPORTANT INFORMATION for your stay.

1. All Units have Microwaves, Coffee Pots, Dishes, Cutlery, Cookware, Condiments and Coffee/Tea.

2. No BQ's or other outside cooking devices are allowed, because of the Fire Danger, so don't bring your own!

3. Units: A/B/C have DIRECTV with local TUCSON stations.

4. Beds are made up and extra bedding is available.

5. TWO DAYS MINIMUM: but single day stays are welcome if they are just before/after a booking or within
   a couple of days of arrival.

6. DURING OUR BUSY SEASON, TOURS are limited to booking 3 units, because they tie up a block of dates
   and book for only a couple of days.

7. Arrival/Departure: Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. CHECK OUT time is 11:00 AM.
   Prior arrangement can be made for EARLY/LATE arrival.
   
   The US FLAG at the Receiving Area is now lit up by a solar powered flagpole light. This should help both late
   Guests and People in Trouble find our place.
   

8. Please include your E-MAIL address with your DEPOSIT, so that we can E-MAIL your CONFIRMATION.
   

9. If any GUEST or someone from a tour etc. smokes on our property, then anyone from that guest's party
   or tour etc. will never be allowed on our property or stay here again.
   

10. The addition of an antenna booster to our wireless modem, allows B/C guests to receive wireless. Other
    Guests will need to use the Picnic Table to the South of the Handicapped Only Viewing Area/Gazebo.

11. GROCERY SHOPPING:
    
    SIERRA VISTA: FRY'S & FOOD CITY at the SR 90/92 Fry Blvd corner and a SAFEWAY a few blocks West
    on Fry Blvd. Also a FRY discount tag is on your unit's key ring.
    
    BISBEE: SAFEWAY on SR92 and Naco Road.
    
    HEREFORD: 3/4 mile North of Miller Canyon is a Circle K like store called he CANYON GENERAL.
    Note: The Hereford Post office is right next door.
